Step 1: Open Chrome Bookmark Manager
Press Ctrl + Shift + O (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Option + B (Mac), or click the three dots in Chrome top right → Bookmarks → Bookmark Manager.
Step 2: Click Organize & Select Export
Click the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the Bookmark Manager search bar, and click "Export bookmarks".
Step 3: Save your HTML File
